Ferry Adventure From Langkawi on to Koh Lipe

As getting there is rather high priced, Jessica and I decided to stay for five days to get the most hammer for each of our buck.

We all flew from Kuala Lumpur to Langkawi and had taken the taxi to Situ Harbour where the ferry departs to Koh Lipe.

Langkawi International Airport -- Telaga Harbor (Langkawi) - Koh Lipe (Thailand)

The taxi ride from Langkawi International Airport to Telaga Harbor took approximately 20 -- 30 minutes.

Be sure you coordinate your flight in Langkawi allowing sufficient time for them to get to Telaga Harbour also to get your starting onto the ferry to Koh Lipe. From the sites that we examine, you'll need to arrive in Telaga Harbour about two hours before the ferry departs since you'll need time for you to clear migration matters.

We'd bought your ferry seat tickets online means in advance from this website ferry from langkawi to lipe. A return ticket via Telaga Harbor to Koh Lipe by itself will run you from RM248.

This is the construction in Situ Harbour the fact that houses the immigration business. Here, the officer briefed us on immigration methods before gathering up our given. We simply got them all back about arrival by Koh Lipe.

Opposite the immigration construction were rows of yachts and boats the fact that look therefore lovely with the blue sky.

If I got one of these newborns I'd sail around the world. Here is the ferry that sailed us from Situ Harbour to Koh Lipe. The journey took approximately 1. your five hours. The ride is smooth and thankfully not a soul threw up because of marine sickness. It was my new travelling in one country to another by marine and I seemed a renardière. Just before getting Koh Lipe, the ferry dropped us off on a flying barge in which smaller sampans were longing to ferry us for the island.

The floating burst located a couple of hundred metres from the bright white sandy shores of Koh Lipe. Guests being transfered from the ferry onto the sampans. Koh Lipe, in this case we arrive! The sun was scorching if we arrived on the island of st. kitts. We were directed to the Migrants Check Stage (located on the beach) exactly where we patiently lay patiently intended for the immigration officer to call our names according to country. Immediately after collecting all of our passports, an employee from Mali Resort was already waiting to deliver us towards the resort just where we spent the 1st 2 times of our holiday.
